edge浏览器版本 123.0.2420.97
问题从昨天开始出现，最开始表现为pdf文件在更改名称并修改保存路径（尝试过无中文路径）后第一次保存浏览器显示加载，并且实际没有保存文件。
后续也尝试了更改保存路径来保存html文件，同样存在第一次更改名称后没有保存，在第二次正常保存。

The problem occurs yesterday, initially appearing as pdf not saved at the first attemp, after renamed and saved to other directory(with or without Chinese).
I also tried to save html file to a different directory, which also failed for the first time.
